| Mr. Benjamin L. Holmes is the President of The Holmes Company. It is a consulting company specializing in Health Care that focuses on the medical device industry. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Compensation Committee at PLC Medical Systems. PLC is the leading medical device company specializing in the design and manufacturing of carbon dioxide lasers that treat cardiovascular disease. Mr. Holmes worked for the Hewlett-Packard Co. for 33 years. He served in various positions, the last as General Manager of the Medical Products Group, the largest medical electronic instrument and system manufacturer in the world. He was elected Vice-President of the Corporation in 1985. Mr. Holmes received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Physics at UCLA in 1959 and MBA from the University of Southern California in 1966 |
