The azimuthal anisotropy of electrons from heavy flavor decays is a powerful tool to study heavy quark production in ultra-relativistic nuclear collisions. Previous measurements of v2 for hadrons made of light quarks, such as pions and kaons, suggest that the v2 is formed in the partonic phase for hadrons made of light quarks. If the v2 for heavy flavor is non-zero, it would support partonic level thermalization not only for light quarks but also heavy quarks. In addition, the v2 at high pT is thought to reflect the energy loss of partons in dense matter. Therefore the measurement at high pT provides information about the energy loss of heavy quarks. In this presentation, we will show the azimuthal anisotropy of electrons from heavy flavor decays from Au+Au collisions at sqrt{s_{NN}} = 200 GeV in RHIC-RUN4 and compare with several theoretical predictions of electrons from heavy flavor decays.
