In this talk we use UrQMD to compute the charge transfer fluctuations for strange mesons. We use this fluctuation measure to extract the strangeness cluster correlation length.
We speculate on the origin of the cluster formation and one can think of strange disoriented chiral condensate or strange bubbles from first order phase transition.
These investigations allow to constrain the strangeness cluster size in hadronic collisions. Comparisons with the upcoming experimental results on the strangeness
correlation length can signal the formation of a dense medium in ultra relativistic heavy ion collisions.
