1. Review all past experiments on EM interactions with Ionosphere leading to ULF/ELF/VLF excitations
2. New Approaches to excitation of ULF/ELFNLF waves
    • Efficient Generation of waves with and without electrojet
    • High power EM pulses at HF and Laser frequencies
3. Review of methods of Detection
4. Review of Laboratory experiments and Computer Modeling
5. Why are we interested in ULF/ELFNLF?
    • Ion cyclotron and Alfven waves are in the frequency range of ULF and ELF
    • Loss Cone Instabilities in the Magnetosphere
    • Whistler waves are in the range of VLF.
    • Global communication

The Participants will include:
Theorists and Experimentalists in Plasma Physics, Nonlinear Plasma Physics, Space Plasma Physics and Current Drive specialists in Fusion experiments

The conference location will be:
UCLA Arrowhead Conference Center, (Lake Arrowhead, CA)
