The Workshop registration fee is US$500 (US$150 for students). The fee includes a Saturday evening arrival reception, lunches Sunday through Thursday, Tuesday night's banquet, all coffee breaks, and a copy of the Workshop proceedings.

The registration form is due by June 10, 2002. On-line registration will not be available. Please download the Registration Form and mail it back to the indicated address with a check payable to UC REGENTS. We will accept payment by check only. Mastercard and Visa credit cards will be accepted at the Workshop site only. You can mail or fax the registration form and indicate that you will pay at the registration reception without incurring any penalty fees.

When registering, please indicate carefully which meals and functions you wish to participate in. This is important in order for us to make an estimate of the food requirements.

BOAT EXCURSION TO CHANNEL ISLANDS: Please indicate your interest in participating in this event on the registration form. A sign-up sheet and detail cost information will be available during the workshop. Lunch will be provided during the excursion.
