WHO is the first author? That should be part of the .pdf or .ps file name.

WHAT is the exact name of the source file? (eg, which versions of the evolving draft, figs, etc?).

WHEN did you upload (please email aac2002@physics.ucla.edu with 'subject' "manuscript submitted").

WHERE are the source files and all the figures on your computer.

WHY not make a directory containing all the "ingredients" of the final submitted .pdf/.ps file.

HOW quickly can you make minor changes at the request of the Editors if necessary?
