Dear Colleagues:

We strongly recommend that speakers use laptops for their presentation (i.e. PowerPoint) and/or to bring CD's with their talks (in PDF or PowerPoint format).

We will have projectors for laptops in all 4 rooms for the workshop meetings (plenary sessions and 4 working groups). We will also have a computer center with a dozen of PCs and Macs connected through a LAN to a router with fast (2 Mb/s) Internet access.

We will make transparencies of the talks available on the LAN after each speaker has given his talk, so to avoid the usual huge work of Xerox copying. Wireless connection will also be available in the whole conference area.

Traditional overhead projectors will be available for those who like old-style presentations (these talks will be scanned to convert them into PDF files published on the LAN).
